The Course Itself

It's five days. But it'll feel a little longer than that.

We simulate a waterfront staff orientation but instead of 'regular' staff, this orientation is populated by future waterfront leaders. Each element of 'orientation' is simultaneously real-time training and also deep dives into instructional theory, leadership techniques, and the Xs and Os of a safe day at a camp waterfront. From rescue scenarios to leadership crisis, your candidate will DO and THINK and TRAIN as they get ready to lead their own staff.
